RETURN POLICY

At Zelidja, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium leather goods. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. For customers in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees vary based on your location and the weight of the item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn and unused)
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Support@Zelidja.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return authorization.

Return Address

All approved returns must be sent to the address provided in your return authorization email. Items sent to other addresses will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods and beauty products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5-7 business days of shipment), we will notify you via email of the approval status. If approved, your refund (minus return shipping costs) will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our return conditions.
